Publish js, wasm and native platforms as a single artifact alongside with metadata in the root component of publication. Don't create sub-publications for such platforms.

Jvm and Android platforms continue to be published as sub-publications.

This format would produce significantly less artifact files, and smaller total publication size. Kotlin of version at least 2.5 would be required for multiplatform clients to consume such publication.
