You can use &shortcut:QuickJavaDoc;(View | Quick Documentation), &shortcut:ParameterInfo;(View | Parameter Info), &shortcut:GotoDeclaration;(Navigate | Declaration), and similar shortcuts not only in the editor but also in the suggestions list while using code completion.
