To create a local Zeppelin notebook:

1. Select the project root in the Project tool window

2. Press Alt+Insert (Windows and Linux) or Cmd+N (macOS), and select Zeppelin Notebook.

3. In the Create Zeppelin Notebook dialog, enter the notebook name and press Enter.

The newly added local notebook appears in the Project tool window.
