flush Events
Pushes buffered events into the queue and sends everything the queue holds right away. Prefer scheduleSend unless the application manages the sending schedule itself.
Flushing is best-effort: events are only pushed into the queue if the validation metadata is available. Events that are still buffered because the metadata could not be loaded yet are dropped instead of being sent as unvalidated events.
